My most pleasant car-buying experience! We walked into the dealership over Memorial Day intending to sit in a RAV4 to get a feel for it, and honestly didn’t want to fight off salespeople. Like everyone I just wanted to browse and go! Well we met Dyan at the door and he’s a young dynamic sales guy, exactly what I was trying to avoid 🤣. Well he guided us through a bunch of different models and then basically said let’s go for a ride. I was like what no paperwork and hours of pain just to get in the thing. But no, we had some laughs, drove a few models of the RAV (I think we actually grabbed one that was about to be sold) and he really answered my wife’s questions while I was busy trying out sport mode. Long story short, he got us to buy a 2026 plug in XSE with some bells and whistles. And when they couldn’t get the one we wanted he drove to Florida to get one for us. Talk about dedicated. After a few days we got it all settled and we got to meet Marcus in finance. Between him and Dyan I am pretty sure they could’ve gotten me to buy a Land Cruiser just on their personalities🤣. This was a great experience (said no one ever about buying a car). But yeah, it was a great experience. We even did the cheesy bow on the hood photos. Did I sign away a ton of money? Yeah. Did I think I got done wrong? NO! I actually drove away feeling like this was a fair deal. Did I want some more swag? Yeah. Need to up that game guys! Would I buy from this dealership again? Most definitely. Dyan and Marcus did the dealership proud and got us a great deal!

My husband and I were looking at vehicles to purchase for our daughter. We went only looking but the service was top tier and the deal was too good to pass. Kendric Johnson is an awesome salesman. I’m glad that service seems to be changing 👍🏽 Prior to this service, it would take 4-5 hours waiting when I had an appointment. I was very skeptical but it seems so far when they said they are trying to improve… well…thank goodness.

Well good morning management . Let me tell you about my visit . Would you a service advisor Christina She was very pleasant. I came in for an oil change tire rotation and tire balance in the have a fuse change for my interior lighting. I can see at the day that I came it was really busy there so I didn't have to wait a long long time with so many cars that it was no problem I like the service she spent time with me taking care of whatever issue like that I had a particular issue that I needed the addressing and I asked her about it and she want and spoke to someone about my concern about something on my car and I really appreciated that so I appreciate the good customer service it makes me feel good I like the waiting area is warm comfortable lighting is great and the people in the main office there are very friendly because I had a concern that I needed a dress that I see on YouTube. And that concern was they said they were coming out with a 2025 Toyota Avalon I was very very interested in that and I asked him is that true ? And they advise me so far it's not. Thanks for the good service guys Keep up the good work.

I visited Toyota of Montgomery the service team did an awesome job starting with Mr Hayden, being met with a smile and see that they are paying attention to all in any concerns that I may have had.
